Moldovan President sends congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev

President of Moldova Maia Sandu has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for his upcoming birthday, Azernews reports.

The letter reads:
