First of all, the local population suffers from this, whose reintegration it hinders. Because there were positive contacts in this direction before his appearance. We believe that this factor is harmful and destabilizing. We also call on all interested parties to contribute to the process of reintegration of the Armenian population in the Azerbaijani society. Azerbaijan has repeatedly taken steps in this direction and is ready to take such steps in the future," he said.
