31 January 2006 [04:26] - TODAY.AZ
Nobody has appealed to Central Election Commission to observe re-elections to be held on May 13.

As APA reports, the information given by the press service reads that under the legislation, local citizens and foreign organizations wishing to observe elections, can appeal to CEC since Election Day was set.

International organizations observed previous elections and co-operate with CEC will appeal in a few days. No problem will exist with the registration of international mass media to observe elections.

It should be noted that those having no CEC cards will not be allowed to observe re-elections.
