President appoints new envoy to Bosnia and Herzegovina

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the appointment of Vilayat Guliyev as Azerbaijan's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to the decree, Guliyev has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
