As soon as Ayaz Mutallibov and Rasul Guliyev arrive in Azerbaijan they will be arrested

"As soon as the co-chairman of the Social Democratic Party of Azerbaijan (SDPA), former President, Ayaz Mutallibov and chairman of the Democratic Party of Azerbaijan Rasul Guliyev, who is in the "red" search of the Interpol, set foot on Azerbaijan, they will be arrested", head of the National Central Interpol Bureau, colonel, Madat Guliyev told Trend in his interview.
According to him, the reasons for that are criminal cases, brought against these above- mentioned "Exs".

"Based on the agreement, signed in 2002 by Interior Ministers of the CIS-countries, law- enforcement agencies departments of the organization member-states, must render legal assistance to each other beyond Interpol. As the ex-President, Ayaz Mutallibov found a shelter in Russia, this issue will be solved within this agreement. As for the ex-Speaker, Rasul Guliyev, his matter is under the permanent control of Interpol, Guliyev noted.
