China acknowledges Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and sovereignty - Ambassador

‘China recognizes and backs Azerbaijan`s territorial integrity and sovereignty. We also consider the resolutions of UN Security Council on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should be fulfilled’, the Chinese ambassador to Azerbaijan Hong Jiuyin told the journalists.

The Ambassador emphasized China supports peaceful resolution to Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within the international legal norms and principles, and supports OSCE Minsk Group’s efforts towards peaceful settlement of the dispute.

Responding to questions from the journalists on China`s arms sales to Armenia, the envoy said “China didn’t sell arms to Armenia, is not selling and will not sell”.
