President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum Klaus Schwab.

During the meeting they stressed the importance of Baku`s hosting the World Economic Forum and touched upon the ongoing rapid economic development process in Azerbaijan.

They also expressed confidence that the World Economic Forum would successfully be held in Baku and serve expansion of economic cooperation.
