Azerbaijani ambassador meets Kyrgyz official

Azerbaijani ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Hidayat Orujov has met Bishkek Mayor Isa Omurkulov to discuss prospects for cooperation between the two countries.

Omurkulov noted Bishkek had always maintained close cooperation with the Azerbaijani embassy, adding “we are interested in expanding our cooperation”.

They particularly discussed ways of developing the bilateral relations in the cultural and humanitarian fields.

Omurkulov proposed building sister city relations between Baku and Bishkek.
The Azerbaijani ambassador invited the Bishkek mayor to Baku.
