Liberation of Azerbaijan`s territories 'key factor' for economic coop in region

Addressing to the First conference of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Khartoum, Pakistan, Speaker of Turkish Parliament Cemil Cicek called on OIC member-states to take tough stance concerning occupation of Azerbaijan`s lands.

Cicek described liberation of Azerbaijan`s territories occupied by Armenia as a “key factor” for economic cooperation in the region.

He said: “Some forces, which are concerned about geostrategic position, natural resources and human capital of OIC member states, are trying to play some games in this geography. Therefore, we must understand these games well and prevent them together”.
