Davos World Economic Forum to be held in Baku - PHOTO

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today met Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum Klaus Schwab in Davos.

During the meeting, they praised development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the World Economic Forum, saying entered a new stage.

President Ilham Aliyev and Klaus Schwab noted the Forum also contributes to cooperation between Azerbaijan and the European Union.

They noted that agreement was reached to hold the Davos World Economic Forum in Baku this April, adding it will be an important event.

Klaus Schwab expressed hope that the World Economic Forum in Baku would contribute to developing cooperation and integration in the Southern Caucasus and Middle Asian regions.
