TurkPA Secretary General Ramil Hasanov will attend a meeting in the Austrian capital Vienna on September 19 at the invitation of the International Institute of Peace, the TurkPA secretariat told Trend today.
The ambassadors accredited to the Vienna office of the United Nations, analysts, high-ranking officials and representatives of the Austrian Foreign Ministry, representatives of Austrian media will attend a meeting in Vienna. Hasanov will hold a briefing on the activity, objectives and plans of TurkPA, its role in the process of integration in the Eurasian region and the actions to achieve peace and stability in the region through parliamentary diplomacy.
The participants will be informed of the actions aimed at strengthening TurkPA's cooperation with various international organizations, including the International Institute for Peace and such influential international organizations as the OSCE and the OSCE PA.
Then secretary general will answer the participants' questions.
TurkPA Secretary General will be accompanied by Secretary for International Cooperation and Protocols Anar Rahimov.
