MP: 'Azerbaijani diaspora in Israel is strong'

There is a rather strong Azerbaijani diaspora in Israel, MP Asim Mollazadeh, who recently participated in the Second Congress of the AZIZ Azerbaijani-Israeli International Organization in Israel.

"We were convinced during the meeting that there is a sufficiently organized Azerbaijani diaspora in Israel," Mollazadeh said.

He noted that the Azerbaijani-Israeli International Association is a very serious non-governmental organization that promotes relations between the countries.

"It shows that Israel is interested in developing relations with Azerbaijan in all spheres," Mollazadeh said.

He added that the development of ties with the parliament of Azerbaijan was widely discussed in the framework of the visit, and it was decided to hold meetings related to the development of inter-parliamentary relations.
