Conference on Azerbaijan`s tragedies in due Turkey

A scientific conference entitled “Azerbaijani tragedy and Karabakh realities” will be arranged at the Istanbul Aydin University in Turkey on April 24.

The conference will be co-organized by the Society of Turkish speaking States Friendship and Cultural Relations and Center for Eurasian Strategic Studies (ASAM). The event will be supported by the Council of State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The conference will hear reports on “The tragedy of Azerbaijanis”, “History of Nagorno-Karabakh and occupation”, “Activities of Azerbaijani and Turkish diasporas”. Books and material on the 1918 March genocide of Azerbaijanis will be distributed to participants of the conference.

Azerbaijani MP Musa Gasimli, PhD in History Vasif Gafarov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ASAM Musa Serdar Celebi will be among the participants at the event.
