Azerbaijanis, Turks to protest before Armenian embassy in Washington

The Azerbaijani and Turkish Diasporas as well as their friends and supporters will hold a massive protest in front of the Armenian embassy in Washington, DC on February 24th, to attract attention to the anniversary of Khojaly Massacre.

The protest will start at 12 noon EST, it will last for two hours.  However the local ultra-nationalist Armenians have also announced that they will be doing a counter-protest at 4:00pm in front of the Azerbaijan Embassy.

“Armenians did not notify the police about it yet, and no one knows about their plans yet”, say Azeri Diaspora members.
