Azerbaijan joins 'Friends and brothers' exhibition in Kuwait

The Azerbaijan Embassy in Kuwait has presented Azerbaijan to the visitors of the international exhibition “Friends and brothers”, which kicked off Sunday at the Kuwait University on the occasion of 21st anniversary of liberation of Kuwait from Iraq`s occupation.

The Azerbaijan`s stand showcased printing materials, photos, films about Azerbaijan`s ancient history, rich culture, nature, traditions and ethnography, as well as carpet making school, cuisine, rapidly developing economy, ongoing democratic reforms and tourism potential, handicrafts and other exhibits. Azerbaijan ambassador and employees of the Embassy were honored with a note of thanks for close participation in the exhibition.

Kuwait`s AL-Sabah TV Channels broadcasted an interview on Azerbaijan`s history, culture and modern development. According to Azerbaijan Embassy, the tree-day exhibition brings together delegations from Turkey, US, Spain, Italy, Poland, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Tunis and Ukraine.
