Pakistan National Library opens Heydar Aliyev`s stand - PHOTOS

The National Library of Pakistan opened the Heydar Aliyev`s stand and presented a book “Pakistan-Azerbaijan relations.” The event brought together the teaching staff of Pakistan, well-known public and political figures and members of media outlets. The stand covers the literature, copies of documents, photographs about the life and activity of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

Director of the library Mahammad Nazir updated the participants on the life and rich activity of Heydar Aliyev and role of the national leader in establishment of Azerbaijan`s independence. Mr. Nazir said the national leader was founder of Azerbaijan-Pakistan relations. He recalled the visit of Heydar Aliyev to Pakistan in 1996 and important documents signed between the two states.
