Construction of Azerbaijan-Russia Friendship Bridge started in Astrakhan. The customer of the project is All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress`s office in Astrakhan. The construction of the bridge, which is to connect the Heydar Aliyev Park with Peter I square, will end late 2012./AzerTAc/
