Opposition camp get confused

The Union for Democracy can be dissolved in case of necessity, Chairman of the opposition Azadlig party Ahmad Oruj told the Olaylar newspaper.

He believes the probability of the organization’s dissolution is linked with the fact that at this point, all attention is focused on the activities of the Civil Movement for Democratic Society.

"Our party is also represented in the Civil Movement for a Democratic Society. The movement mainly directed its activities at its organization and formation of the centralized structures of authority. In this regard, the functioning of the Union pushed aside."

 Therefore, the Union for Democracy can be dissolved. "Naturally, the decision on this can be taken after the meetings among the parties included in the body," he added.
