Baku to mull Azerbaijan-Germany bilateral coop

Expert negotiations on Azerbaijan-Germany bilateral cooperation will be held on January 23-27 in Baku. Press Service of Defence Ministry reports that the negotiations will take place under the Azerbaijan-Germany bilateral cooperation program.
