Azerbaijan-US WMD non-proliferation protocol signed

Azerbaijan and U.S. have today signed a protocol on amendments to the agreement on prevention of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and defense measures. The document was signed by Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov and U.S. ambassador Matthew Bryza. Khalafov wished Matthew Bryza successes in his future activity.
