Azerbaijani President inaugurates Baku-Alat ring road - PHOTOS

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev yesterday attended the opening ceremony of the newly reconstructed parts of Baku-Alat highway and opened two other completed stretches. After arrival in the Alat settlement, the minister of transport Ziya Mammadov informed the Head of State on the general parameters of the highway under construction. The highway is of international importance and of first degree.

As stated, the newly opened stretches will lessen transport density in the mentioned residential area. The President cut the ribbon symbolizing opening of the road and inspected the road junction.
