'Azerbaijan ready to support Iraq in new stage of its development'

Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Artur Rasizade has today met with the Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari. Rasizade said Iraq is ‘friendly country’ for Azerbaijan, and stressed his country is ready to support Iraq in the new stage of its development. Azerbaijani Premier expressed confidence that Hoshyar Zebari`s visit will contribute to further boosting ties.

In turn, Iraqi Minister conveyed greetings of Iraqi President Jalal Talabani and Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to Rasizade and pointed out importance of the visit for expansion of bilateral relations.
