‘Karabakh conflict discussed at int'l level more often than before’

21 December 2011 [19:10] - TODAY.AZ
The Nagorno-Karabakh issue has been discussed in international organizations more often than before this year, Deputy Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Bahar Muradova believes.

"Unfortunately, positive trends that emerged in this sphere in early 2011 later yielded no results. But in general, 2011 is remembered by the fact that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was discussed in international organizations more often, which is a progress," Muradova told journalists on Wednesday.

She recalled that various international organizations, parliaments of certain countries take appropriate decisions on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and in particular in connection with the Khojaly genocide.
