Baku hosts "Diazepam" exhibition

The "Diazepam" exhibition opened at the Center for Contemporary Art yesterday. The exhibition presents works by young artists Reza Hezare (Afghanistan), Nurhan Mamedov, Arif Amirov and Bahruz Kengerli. A movie by young director Hamid Amirizadeh was demonstrated at the opening ceremony. A ‘Feel the color’ performance was shown under the sounds of the blues.
 
The exhibited works represent about 45 different human emotions. The exhibition is not accidentally called "Diazepam". It is known that this drug has a calming effect. According to young artists, viewing paintings, each one is freed from anxiety, negative emotions. The exhibition runs until Dec. 5.
