Azerbaijan Fashion Week 2018 showcases the best in local and international fashion.

The second day of fashion week brought even more interesting collections.

AFW showrooms were available for the guests.

Before the show, fashion lovers had a chance to talk with designers, learn about the latest fashion trends, discover new names and find something special for their wardrobe.

The second day of fashion Week was opened by Astrakhan designer Elena Tkacheva, Trend Life reported. The designer presented her collection in Baku as part of an agreement signed between Azerbaijan Fashion Week and Caspian Fashion Week.

Her children fashion collection "Mini??" includes long pastel dresses with puff sleeves. The audience cheered the young models of Kiddos modeling agency.

The transition to the "adult" fashion was smooth thanks to the demonstration of the Kazakhstani brand MakhaAim who demonstrated mother and daughter matching dresses. The collection was distinguished by interesting colors combinations as well as shiny and matte fabrics.

One of the headliners of the seventh season of Azerbaijan Fashion Week, famous Moroccan designer Karim Tassi conquered the audience with his elegant collection inspired the East and the European fashion schools. The designer masterly skillfully combined male and female looks, couture and pret-a-porte.

For the second consecutive season, local brand GM Fashion Lab surprised fashionistas with the original cut of evening dresses. And if last season they were particularly successful in black dresses, this time the color palette was much wider.

The love of the brand's founders, sisters Gunay and Mehriban, to the brilliant flowing fabrics has become the reason for creating interesting evening dresses, which, no doubt, will please all those who like to be in the spotlight.

Kazakhstan designer Gulnaz Alkenova showcased pastel dresses at the fashion show.

If you're into wearing a lot of pastels and various shades of pink, blue this is what you are looking for. Stylish fashion details coupled with Swarovski crystals added dazzling sparkle to the collection.

Kazakhstan brand of men's clothing Revoltant Hommes added some brutality. The original sport looks, which opened the show, smoothly passed into kimono gowns with leather inserts, inspired by the East. The top stylist Fuad Hajiyev, who is participating for the first time as a model within Azerbaijan Fashion Week, became the real star of the show and was greeted with a storm of applause.

Within the second day of the show, Di brand founder, local designer Dinara Amrakhova, presented her collection at Azerbaijan Fashion Week for the first time. The collection featured brand's logo-butterfly. The designer presented a wide range of different models - from evening gowns to pantsuits with corsets.

MEEAMEE brand founder, local designer Medina Zalova left from her earlier ethnic style and showed sport collection.

Parcha brand closed the second day of Azerbaijan Fashion Week 2018.  Notably, the founder of the brand, local designer Aysel Sadigova had prevails won the contest held by AFW in one of last seasons, and was trained at the European Design Institute. Sheshowcased her first capsule collection at Azerbaijan Fashion Week. This year Aysel Sadigova delighted fashion lover with the full collection.

The clothing line differed from all that was shown earlier, in style, silhouette and linen fabrics.

After the end of the fashion shows, AFW guests and participants enjoyed after-party, which was held in Space Hall with the support of one of the partners of the event - Martini Vermouth.

AFW is co-organized by Fashion Consulting Group and Azerbaijan Fashion Council. The event is supported by the French Embassy in Azerbaijan.
