Special movie program for Baku 2015 guests

The Cinema "Nizami" in Baku prepared a special program for the European games’ guests.

The cinema included feature, short and documentary films of Azerbaijani production in the program, which will be presented in foreign languages with subtitles.

Namely, the program includes "Alarm", "Stepnyak," "Hostage", "Actress", "Fate of the King", "40th door," "Downstream", "Dervish Notes", "Return to the Caucasus", "Buta" "Desire" and "Warlock" films, as well as a number of short films and documentaries dedicated to the sports.

The movies will be demonstrated from June 12 to 28 in two halls of cinema center "Nizami" at 17: 00 every day with a free entrance.

Baku 2015 is the first ever European Games, an exciting and innovative multi-sport event for the continent which will take place on June 12-28, 2015.

There will be a total of 20 sports at Baku 2015: 16 Olympic sports and four non-Olympic sports. More than 6,000 athletes from across Europe will be representing their nations over 17 days of competition.

Baku was awarded the games by the European Olympic Committees (EOC) in December 2012.
