Azer Mammadli to present his works

Artist Azer Mammadli will hold a personal exhibition in Baku’s “Natavan” gallery on June 7.

Azer Mammadov, who showed an interest for art from an early age, and tried his imagination different genres, prefers to draw illustrations. He dabbled in various genres and techniques, but gave his preference to illustrations. In his works, fashion illustration is merged with graffiti. The author tries to show the technique of graffiti in this very original genre.

He approached this technique as a hobby at first, and then the art became a way of life - his life.

His focus has always been on wall paintings. Azer met young people who were involved in graffiti art, allowing him to find more information about graffiti.

The expo will be held on June 12. Entrance is free.

Natavan Gallery was founded in 2013. Now, it serves as a springboard for combining different styles, modern and classical art. The gallery hosts exhibitions, expositions, presentations and master classes.
