Charity Christmas Bazaar due in Baku

The Charity Christmas Bazaar, organized by International Women's Club (IWC) will be held in Kishmish Hall of "Hyatt Regency" hotel Tower 3 on November 23.

All money to be gathered in the event, which will be held from 11:00 to 17:00, would be distributed among IWC charities.

A variety of lottery, prizes and many other entertainments are expected to be held during the event.

The IWC - Baku is a non-profit, non-political and self-supporting social organization that brings together international and local women of all ages and cultures. There are currently 200 members representing more than 32 different countries.

Their mission is to provide an arena for building friendships and cultural understanding among different nationalities and to provide a source of support for those who have arrived to Baku recently.

The Club members are spouses of foreigners working in Baku and also Azerbaijani women. Foreign and Azerbaijani women go together in orphanages and help them. They play with children, spend holidays, to make excursions, organizes various courses, such as handicrafts, dance, English language training. Celebrating birthdays of children with gifts and performances.
