Delicious Azerbaijani cuisine to be served in Moldova

The Days of Azerbaijani Cuisine will be held in Kishinev, Moldova on November 21-25.

During the six-day event, visitors will get acquainted with the rich culinary culture of Azerbaijani people.

Moreover, the guests will enjoy various delicious national dishes cooked by the famous Azerbaijani chefs headed by Tahir Amiraslanov, president of the Azerbaijan National Association of Culinary.

The events, presentations and tasting of the national dishes, beverages and sweets will be held in famous restaurants of Moldavian capital.

Azerbaijani cuisine is one of the most delicious cuisines in the world. Most of the national meals are cooked from mutton, beef, poultry and fish. The variety of national foods also includes many dishes with rice, flour, vegetables and greens.

The unique dishes of Azerbaijani cuisine such as dolma, bozbash, bozartma, chykhyrtma, khashil, Shish kebab, piti, pilaff, and govurma are included in the national menus of the neighboring Caucasus nations.
