An exhibition of Azerbaijani artists entitled "Oriental Tale" will be held in Latvia on July 10-15, Arts Council Azerbaijan said.
Co-organized by Arts Council Azerbaijan, Arts Council Latvia, Azerbaijan's Culture and Tourism Ministry, "Youth Network" Organization, as well as Municipality of Riga and Azerbaijan's Embassy in Latvia, the event will be held in the R?gas Dome.
The exhibition will put on display works by Intigam Agayev, Irina Eldarova, Eldar Babazade, Dadash Mammadov, Aydin Asgarov, Intigam Jafarov, Hijran Alioglu, Bahruz Kangarli, Rahim Gashimov, Zohrab Salamzade, Nazim Babaev, Vugar Ali, Fakhri Abbasov, Farida Garayeva, Gunel Ravilova, Eldar Hasanov, Aisha Maharammova, Lala Huseynova, Teymur Garibov, Gunduz Hunlar, Leila Altunay and Elvin Pashayev.
"Oriental Tale" is aimed to reflect national elements of the cultural and creative heritage of Azerbaijan's fine arts in modern painting.
The works, which will be presented in the exhibition, were created as part of "Oriental Tale" project launched in "Art Villa" open creative gallery in Baku.
