A Miami festival of short films will be presented to movie fans in the Azerbaijani capital Baku on October 17-23.
YARAT! Contemporary Art Space, an organization promoting contemporary art worldwide, and 28 Cinema are providing viewers with an opportunity to watch the best films of the annual Miami Short Film Festival.
The collection of the best works of the previous festival was combined into one-and-a-half hour program to allow the audience to watch various high-quality interesting movies of filmmakers from around the world, including cartoons, animation films, colored and white-and-black movies, plays, musical films and documentaries.
The audience will be able to contemplate the world from unpredictable angles of bird's eye view, reality and aesthetics.
Miami Short Film Festival, which has earned deep respect of fans by its beauty, aims to present quality films from across the world as well as support, recognize and honor filmmakers creating films under 20 minutes.
The next 12th Miami festival will be held in the US state of Florida on November 8-15.
YARAT! aims to provide educational initiatives including lectures, seminars and master classes on a variety of related topics of contemporary art. Besides exhibitions and master classes, YARAT! also repeatedly brings the Future Shorts film festival to Baku.
