Business incubators to appear in Azerbaijan

An international conference on business incubators` activity and support of youth to mobile entrepreneurship started in Baku. The event is supported by Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Youth and Sports, Caspian Investment Center, ECAbit network, WB, Bakcell and Alcatel-Lucent Companies.

Deputy Minister of youth and sports Intigam Babayev stressed the necessity of attraction of youth to business incubators activity within the State program “Azerbaijani youth 2011-1015”
Chief of the Caspian Investment Center Elshan Musayev said creation of business incubators is one of the important priorities in development of economy.

Coordinator of ECAbit network Todor Yalamov praised significance of the conference. Executive director of Bakcell Richard Shirer and manager of “Alcatel Lucent” Levent Ozbilgin informed about the up-to-date mobile technologies. The two-day conference will bring together experts from Germany, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Ukraine and Belarus.
