Azerbaijani insurance company ups authorized capital

Azerbaijani State Securities Committee (SCS) registered issue prospectus of Azerqarant Sıgorta insurance company's shares amounting to 5.21 million manat, the State Committee's website reports on Thursday.

The issue placement will be conducted through conversion of these shares with par value of 401 manat to the same amount of shares (10,000 shares) with a face value of 521 manat.

As a result of increasing par value of the company's shares, the company's authorized capital will increase by almost 30 percent - from the current 4.01 million manat to 5.21 million manat.
