Azerbaijan-Germany high-level working group on trade and investments holds 1st meeting

An Azerbaijan-Germany high-level working group on trade and investments has held its 1st meeting in Berlin. Head of the administration of Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Economic Development, Samir Valiyev, highlighted the country`s economic reforms and achievements. He said the country has a favorable business and investment climate.

The meeting`s agenda featured a wide range of issues, including discussions on the establishment of an Azerbaijan-Germany Chamber of Commerce, cooperation in alternative energy sector, continuation of courses for Azerbaijani entrepreneurs, and organization of a Germany-Azerbaijan economic forum in Baku.
