Azerbaijan`s external debt makes up 8,1 percent in comparison with GDP

Azerbaijan`s external debt makes up 4 billion 512, 6 million dollars as of 1 July 2011.
State external debt makes up 8,1 percent in comparison with GDP, the Finance Ministry said.
