Azerbaijani National Depository Center cooperates with eight more companies

The Azerbaijani National Depository Center signed agreements with eight companies and credit institutions to provide services for registry and depositary entry, the center said.

They include the JSC "Azersu", JSC "Agdas Avtomotoservis", JSC "AZENCO", JSC "Yevlax Elektrik Temir Tikinti", JSC "Naxcıvan Senaye Kombinatı", JSC "Mineral Sular", JSC "Fexri" and "Azerbaycan Limited".

The center was established on September 18, 1997. The Azerbaijani State Property Committee is a founder and owner of the whole package of shares. After the Azerbaijani State Committee for Securities was established, the center’s shares were transferred to its property. The center was then re-established by the Azerbaijani State Committee for Securities on Sept. 8, 1999 and registered on Sept. 17, 1999.
