Level of poverty decreases by 5 times in Azerbaijan within 10 years

Volume of GDPs produced in Azerbijan rose 4 times within 10 years, 3 times within 7 years, minister of economic development Shahin Mustafayev said during the meeting between representatives of Azerbaijani Diaspora came to Baku to take part in the III Congress of World Azerbaijanis.

To him, level of poverty decreased by 5 times in Azerbaijan within 10 years: “Currently, the level of poverty makes 9.1% in Azerbaijan. Each person from 10-11 lives in bad conditions”.
