Azerbaijani Transport Ministry to commission major road complex in Baku by late summer

Azerbaijani Transport Ministry plans to fully commission a major complex of road junctions, located near the Mashadi Azizbayov metro station in Baku by late summer, Azerbaijani Transport Ministry's spokesman Namig Hasanov said on Tuesday.

He said construction work is currently underway, including the building of another bridge.
"The volume of work within this project is great enough and construction work is still underway. The work will be completed by late summer," the source said.

In total, the complex of road junctions includes nine bridges and 11 highways encompassing a total area of 3,600 linear meters. It also includes a pendant bridge with an area of 325 linear meters.
