Annual inflation drops to 8.9% in Azerbaijan

Annual inflation made 8.9% in January-March in Azerbaijan, Chairman of State Statistical Committee Arif Valiyev said.

Note that, as a result of the 0.9% cheapening of foodstuffs’ prices in May in Azerbaijan, prices of consumer goods and services decreased by 0.4% compared to the previous month.
