Azerbaijani Customs Committee transfers 70 million manat to state budget

The Azerbaijani State Customs Committee has transferred 70.289 million manat to the state budget in February through the collection of customs duties and taxes.

Income from customs duties amounted to 14.2 million manat, VAT on imported goods – 48.902 million manat, excise taxes – 3.326 million manat and road taxes – 0.859 million manat.

The forecast on committee transfers to the state budget for 2011 increased by 1.8% (20 million manat) to 1.120 billion manat. The figure was 70.15 million manat in January.

The State Customs Committee fulfilled the forecast at 100.16% in 2010 and transferred 1.101 billion manat to the state budget compared to the planned 1.1 billion manat.
