EBRD to hold presentation of annual report on transition period in Baku

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will hold a presentation of an annual report "Transition period in 2010" in Baku, EBRD Baku Office said on Friday.

The presentation will take place in the Rotunda Conference Hall in the Landmark Business Centre at 15:00 on March 10.

The presentation will be held by EBRD's chief economist Erik Berglof. The report is an annual update on the progress of reforms and economic development in the Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS.

Erik Berglof will discuss the major economic developments in Azerbaijan in 2010.

EBRD report focuses on two main spheres of reform: the development of domestic capital markets and improving the business environment.
