SOCAR to open office in Batumi

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) will have its office in Batumi, Georgia, President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili stated at the news conference in Batumi on July 18.

It was agreed during the talks between the heads of state of Azerbaijan and Georgia in Batumi.

"Certain infrastructure has been already created and the office will be opened shortly in an historical building," Saakashvili stressed.
