
The Black Sea Oil Terminal (BST Ltd) in Kulevi (Georgia), owned by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), has obtained a license from the Maritime Transport Department of Georgian Government to handle Aframax tankers.
The statement said the port had acquired two RDCP measuring devices to monitor ship movement to allow Aframax tankers berthing at the port. The equipment provides data to measure current velocity at different depths, the wave height and temperature of the water.
