Nearly 21 million tons of Azerbaijani oil shipped from Ceyhan in January-July

Nearly 21 million tons of Azerbaijani oil was shipped from Ceyhan port of Turkey in January-July 2009, Azerbaijan State Oil Company said.

Roughly 2 million tons of Azerbaijani oil was shipped from Ceyhan in July 2009. Nearly 89 million tons of Azerbaijani oil has been exported from Ceyhan since the launch of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, that is, from mid-2006 to August 1, 2009.
