The new pipeline to connect Caspian Sea to Persian Gulf

"The Dzhask pipeline will connect the Caspian Sea to the Persian
Gulf," the Mehr agency quoted Director of the Iranian National Oil
Company Seyfulla Dzhashnsaz as saying.
"The project of the Dzhask pipeline has been designed. Since the productive capacity in the Caspian Sea and Persian Gulf will increase," Dzhashnsaz said.

"The length of the pipeline is 1,550 km. A total of $3.5 billion will be invested into the project. Project's executive is the Iranian National Oil Company," Dzhashnsaz said.

According to him, Dzhask oil terminal will be built on the territory of 18,000 hectares.

"Draft terminal and experts' reviews were discussed at the beginning of the year. The project will be implemented within five years" he said.

Terminal of the Dzhask pipeline is located in the Iranian province of Hormuzgan.
