Heydar Babayev: "It is not planned to increase loan rates from the National Fund of Assistance to Entrepreneurship"

"The volume of the fund's assets is growing each year, which influences the banking sector. Therefore, within certain time the transfers from the budget should be stopped and the remaining amount will be used as new assets of the fund", said the Minister.

He noted that the rise in loan rates is impossible in this case. Today, the fund allocates assets to agent bank by 1% rate and the banks assign credits for maximum 7% of annual rate. This mechanism is successfully functioning for several years and it is not necessary to change it", said the Minister.

It should be reminded that the 2008 state budget envisioned AZN 74 mln.
