Azerbaijan's Economic Development Minister to attend annual session of Asian Development Bank

The press service for the Ministry reported that the meeting participants discussed existing ties and prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Asian Development Bank.

Babayev noted that Azerbaijan pays special attention to cooperation with international financial structures, including the Asian Development Bank.

He noted that a number of projects in various economic spheres, including the non-oil sector, are implemented under support of international financial structures in Azerbaijan.

In turn, Pilon positively assessed the rapid economic development of Azerbaijan and improvement of conditions for conduction of business in the country. He invited Babayev for the annual session of the Asian Development Bank to be held in Spain, in May.

The meeting participants also discussed deepening of ties between the Azerbaijan Investment Company and Asian Development Bank.
