Azerbaijan to open first smart house this year

Anar Eminov, Executive Officer of the Company, said the building is being constructed at 96, Nizami Street, Baku. The construction work is slated for completion by the end of 2008.

He added that the 74-apartment building will feature sea view, and ornament of the buildings of H.Z. Taghiyev and M.Naghıyev.

In July Dolchasaray will invite foreign firms specialized in instillation of smart houses to Azerbaijan.

The building will have Mitsubishi lifts, and automated cooling and heating systems.

Anar Eminov also said that the prices of flats in this building will be higher as it is located in the center of the city.

The company plans to build several more smart buildings in the future.
