Vietnam intending to produce oil in Azerbaijan

The National Oil and Gas Corporation of Vietnam is interested in the development of one of the oil fields of Azerbaijan.

The due information has been provided by director general of the State PetroVietnam Tran Ngok Kan.

He announced that the talks with the Azerbaijani side are currently under way. The Vietnamese company is expected to launch the project implementation in Azerbaijan in the near future.

It should be noted that PetroVietnam participates in the development of 13 oil and gas fields in foreign countries.
