Single company of international communication to be established in Azerbaijan

Project of creation of Azertelekom JSC has been worked out on basis of stations of the land satellite communication of Aztelekom JV, Baku telephone communication and Teleradio, used for international communication.

The due information has been provided by chairman of the State Committee for Public Property Management Kerem Gasanov, who added that the President of the country is currently expected to issue a decree on the creation of a new company.

It should be noted that companies Ernst&Young and Omni provide consulting services for the process.
